Welcome to FileStays, a service operated by PT SYNC SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website and tools, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
FileStays provides browser-based tools to merge, split, rotate and convert PDF and image files. The tools run inside your own browser; we do not receive or store your files.
You can prepare your files for free. A one-time fee is charged when you download a finished file. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. Prices are shown before you pay.
Because each purchase delivers a digital file immediately, all sales are generally final. If something goes wrong with your download or you were charged in error, contact us at info@filestays.com and we'll do our best to help. Refunds may also be requested through Paddle.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make the tools reliable, we do not guarantee that they will be error-free or suitable for every file. Always keep a copy of your original files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileStays will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
The FileStays name, branding, and website content are owned by us. The underlying open-source libraries remain the property of their respective authors.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
